How do I add more credits?

How do I add more credits?

If you are the Admin, just follow these simple steps.

  • Go to Admin -> Billing & Subscriptions

  • Under SiteForms & Workflow usage, click 'Purchase Form Credits'

  • A pop-up window will open. On the left-hand side, you have the ability to enter the number of SiteForms and Workflow credits you would like to purchase. On the right-hand side, you can see the total cost of all the credits you entered.

  • Once you are satisfied with the number of credits you would like to purchase, just click confirm.

How do I see how many credits I have left?

  • To see the number of credits you have left, go into SiteForms and/or FWO and look on the right-hand side your 'Remaining SiteForms/Workflow Credits Available'.

How many users can use PeerAssist?

  • Unlimited. You pay for how many credits your company uses, not how many employees may access it.

How do I upgrade to PeerAssist Unlimited?

  • If you wish to upgrade to PeerAssist Unlimited, please contact your Customer Success Manager. In the case you do not have their information, please email us at support@peerassist.com, or chat with us through our platform.  

I need to change my billing information, where do I do that?

  • Please submit a support ticket and our team will send you a unique link to change your billing information. For any more questions regarding billing, you can always consult with your designated Customer Success Manager.
