How do I contact support?

Contacting support

We always want to make sure your questions get answered as fast as possible. There are 3 ways you can contact our support team.

Email

  • If you are experiencing any technical issues, you can always email us at support@peerassist.com. We have an entire team working on solving any issues our customers may encounter. 
  • If you have any questions regarding your account, training, billing, or anything account-related, please make sure you email your designated Customer Success Manager.

Chat with us

  • We have a chat available on our application site. You will be asked to choose if you would like to chat with one of our team members, submit a ticket, or request more training. Our team is always monitoring our chat and will usually respond within a few minutes. 

Submit a ticket

  • To submit a new support ticket, just click on the top right-hand on this page 'Create New Support Ticket'.

  • It will direct you to a form.
  • Fill out the form, click 'Submit'
  • You have created a support ticket!
