How long can I keep a ticket in Entry?

When you want to keep your ticket open for more than a day.

  • You can keep an active ticket in the Entry step open for as long as needed. You may continue to update the stored data daily as long as you tap or click on “Update” and “Save and Refresh” before closing the active ticket.

  • After choosing Update, tap on "Save and Refresh" to save your work and keep it open in the Entry stage.

  • This will allow you to keep your ticket in Entry to edit and add labor and materials as needed.
