You can submit a ticket or chat with support from the mobile app by following the Help option at the bottom of the dashboard.
To initiate a live chat or submit a ticket from the mobile
- Follow the Help option at the bottom of the dashboard
- Choose User Guide to peruse our Knowledgebase articles
- Choose Contact Support for tickets and live chat
- Either selection will take you out of the PeerAssist app to your browser so you will need a wifi connection to continue
- From your browser you can start filling in the ticket info and submit via email, or use the chat bubble to reach one of our support team members live
