If you build your premium rate into the trade & class structure and bypass the "premium time" setting, you can combine regular and premium time on the same ticket.
When the premium time setting is turned on, all labor on a ticket will calculate at the PT rate. If you want to combine regular and premium time rates on a ticket, you can build it into your trade/class structure and bypass the setting.
The premium time rate is built into the labor rate structure. Each trade/class has a rate for regular time, overtime, doubletime, premium OT and premium DT. When a ticket is set to calculate at premium time, all of the labor entered will calculate at the PT rate.
If you regularly combine regular time and premium time on the same ticket, your Admin can create a separate line for premium time within the labor rate structure. Select the premium time rate from the trade & class selection rather than turning on the premium time setting.
