Where did the signed ticket go?

Once a ticket is signed it will no longer show up on the mobile dashboard, but it can be retrieved from the Ticket Library.

  • The T&M mobile dashboard will only display authorization requests and tickets that are in Entry or Pending Signature.  Once a ticket is signed it drops off the dashboard.
  • You can pull up a signed ticket by going to the Ticket Library on the mobile dash.
  • This takes you out of the mobile app and to your browser, so you will need a wifi connection

  • Scroll the Ticket Library or use the filters to narrow your search

  • If you need to make changes to a signed ticket, ask your Admin to put the ticket back in the Entry step (and back on your dashboard).  Warning: you will lose any signatures when it is returned to Entry.
