If you need to make changes to a signed ticket, the company Admin will need to put it back to the Entry step from the desktop version.
- After a ticket has been signed, it will drop off your dashboard
- A signed ticket can be accessed using the ticket library at any time
- If you need to make changes to a ticket that's been signed, you'll need to request that the Admin or project team member put the ticket "Back to Entry" from the desktop app.
- On the desktop, the Admin will open the ticket in the Pricing step - scroll down and select "Back to Entry"
- The mobile user will need to Save & Refresh for the ticket to show up on the mobile in Entry
Warning! When a ticket is sent Back to Entry you will lose the signature and need to get it signed again after changes are made.
