Here are some of the highlights of RFI tracking on the desktop and mobile, followed by links to the step-by-step details:
RFIs On The Desktop
Writing & Submitting RFIs
- Start RFIs from the desk top, or view/edit RFIs started in the field
- Submit RFIs directly to the GC, or send to a team member for review
Tracking RFIs
- View important references for all projects on the RFI dashboard (dates submitted/responded, sub/GC RFI#s - and more) plus filters & custom exporting
- Shortcut to generate an RFI Log PDF for easy follow up with GC or team meetings
Responses & Other Activity
- Track responses on the Activity Log within the RFI:
- The GC will have the option to attach their response via email link
- Or, upload responses received via email or GC-controlled applications
- All team members have an opportunity to "Review Response" and leave comments and/or reassign through the Activity Log prior to closing the RFI.
- Closed RFIs can still be updated with any Cost & Schedule impacts and use the Activity Log Notes for additional documentation (e.g. reference associated COR#).
