The Admin will need to set up some information at the company level in order for the field and office to start using Field Material Requests and PO Processing.

You'll need to have your project set up before the field can start sending material requests, and in order to create projects you will need to first have the GC and users set up:
You will also need to set up your material list and vendors, be sure to include material cost and update vendor pricing periodically so that your POs are accurate:
- Set up company material list
- Set up vendors
- Set up vendor material and pricing list
- Add purchasing contacts in Workflows
- Set up project-specific material lists and purchasing contacts if needed
With your projects and material lists in place, your foreman can begin sending material requests and the PM can build out the POs in our Purchasing module.
